Abdool Rahim Salehmohamed

Senior Associate – Barrister

Abdool Rahim advises clients on all aspects of Mauritius law. He has a particular focus on investment, corporate and commercial transactions, corporate governance and investment funds. Abdool Rahim also advises clients on shareholder and contractual disputes.

Prior to joining Juristconsult Chambers, Abdool Rahim trained as a solicitor at the London offices of Simmons & Simmons (where he also spent time on secondment to their office in the International Financial Centre in Dubai) and subsequently worked as a solicitor of England & Wales for several years at the London offices of Simmons & Simmons LLP and Taylor Wessing LLP advising clients on business transactions including international joint ventures, cross border corporate restructuring, acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate governance. He is also experienced advising clients on fund formation and on secondary private equity fund transactions.

Abdool Rahim holds a MA (Hons) Law degree from the University of Cambridge.
